[Girder-users] Migrate Girder Instance

In that case, it's as simple as copying the assetstore directory
recursively from the old system to the new. If the path on the new system
is the same as the path on the old, you don't need to change anything else.
If it's different, you can just change the path in the assetstore
administration page under the admin console on the new system.
