DateFormat.getDateTimeInstance(). You can add an explicit timezone, which
I think is the place where you are having problems. Can you try adding an
explicit timezone to the <Start> tag? I think your date/time is
being parsed as Jan 1, 1971 9:00PM, which is EST, rather than
