[Dart] Announcing CDash!

Bill,

This is a REALLY great news. I was hoping for something like this to happen
since Dart1 is deprecated and Dart2 sounds like a deadware. Will this
mailing list be the CDash's default one ?

Keep up the good job and thank a lot.
