[Dart] Error when triggering:

Hello,

It's been a long time since I ran our dart server and I can't remember 
how to set things up.  I have the dart server running and it shows a 
blank dashboard

when I submit something I get the following (and the dashboard remains 
blank)

Submit files (using http)
   Using HTTP submit method

Errors while running CTest

I can't remember what to do about the trigger. The TRIGGER_SITE is blank 
at the moment, assuming I have
SET (CTEST_DROP_METHOD "http")
SET (CTEST_DROP_SITE "dongio.staff.cscs.ch:8081")
SET (CTEST_DROP_LOCATION "/vtkCSCS")
SET (CTEST_TRIGGER_SITE "")

in my CtestConfig.cmake

what have I done wrong?
