Things like this are just hand wringing until one gains appropriate
experience.  Cautious people can read up on other people's
experiences.  More optimistic people can start a pilot project.  But
really if you want to find a theoretical reason to reject a new
technology, there always is one.  It's a question of how you want to
look at it; I don't know any problem-free technologies, and without
the problems we wouldn't have jobs.
