[Dart] Update question

Hi,

1. I have an interrogation about SVN updates. Are the sources update done
one time on the server and then the clients are updating themselves directly
thru the server or is every client are updating their code independently ?
It is not very well explained in the Dart (little) documentation.

2. How does continious build works ? Is the server probing the SVN for
changes or something like that to get the updates every time something
changes in the SVN ?
