[Dart] Creating a new set of pages in Dart

Hi ,
I am trying to configure dart so that i can create a new page that
displays the defect tracking status for a  new project.I want to display
the no of defects and the severity level for each defect in this project
.
If i can get pointers as to how i can create the page and where i can do
my processing to display the results,that would be great.
