[Dart] Submission problem: Curl failed to perform HTTP POST request

Hi,
 
I am using Dart2 and CMake 2.4.6 on RedHat Linux release 4 and have had
a problem submitting to a dashboard using CTest from the same machine as
the server. I am using xmlrpc for the drop method and submissions work
from other machines, but not from the one which houses the dashboard
server. After a long time, here is the error from CTest:
 
Submission problem: Curl failed to perform HTTP POST request.
curl_easy_perform() says: (7) (-504)
 
Has anyone seen this error before? Any help in diagnosing this problem
would be helpful.
