[Dart] New DART Release?

In looking at the DART2 webpage, I noticed that version 1.0.9 is now available (as of May 16th).  I don't recall getting an announcement on this (and couldn't find one on the list archives).  How can I be notified of future releases?

Is there any documentation of the changes which are in the new release?
