[Dart] SubmissionErrorsListener for different types of builds

Hi,

Is there a way to set my project specifications so that the emails sent 
when the dashboard receives a build with errors only happen for a 
Continuous build? More importantly, I don't want them sent for 
Experimental builds. Thanks. I am using Dart 1.0.9. Thanks.
