[Dart] Doxygen warnings mixed up with compilation warnings

One thing you could do is a "doxygen only build" on some machines and no
doxygen on other machines. (Have "Doxygen" in the build name or
something...)
That way, at least they are separated. Alternatively, you could tell doxygen
not to emit any warnings except when explicitly turned on. Again, only
turning that switch on for certain build machines...
Maybe?
