[Dart] Java 1.5

Hi,
My powerbook (OSX 10.4.8) runs java 1.5 without any issue and on  
FreeBSD blackdown java 1.5 is becoming the default one.
I had some objections one year ago against a switch to jdk 1.5 but  
now, it's probably time to drop java 1.4 support.
