[Dart] Dart Setup Question - Again

Hi Todd,

  Glad to see that Dart is working correctly.  The default behavior is
to process submissions once every 10 minutes.  This can be changed in
the Project.xml file.  It's a cron-like setting, should make you happy!
BTW, your influence paid off, I use xemacs exclusively. 8)

	Thanks.  This is helpful.  I tried using the dart client with
Build.xml and Test.xml produced by cmake.  At first I thought I wasn't
getting anything on the server but the results seemed to show up in the
webpage after a few minutes - I assume this is because the default
settings in the server roll up the submitted results and produce html
for the server at specified intervals (is this the case?).  Now I just
need to figure out why cmake doesn't submit.
