[Dart] Dart Setup Question - Again

Andy,
I tried telneting and got
telnet localhost 8081
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.localdomain (127.0.0.1).
Escape character is '^]'.
Connection closed by foreign host.
The final line took about 5 seconds to appear.
