[Dart] Dart Setup Question - Again

Dan,

Thanks. This is helpful. I tried using the dart client with Build.xml
and Test.xml produced by cmake. At first I thought I wasn't getting
anything on the server but the results seemed to show up in the webpage
after a few minutes - I assume this is because the default settings in
the server roll up the submitted results and produce html for the server
at specified intervals (is this the case?). Now I just need to figure
out why cmake doesn't submit.
