[Dart] Dart Setup Question - Again

I think your URL is wrong or your dart server is not running.

Try telneting to your system:

telnet localhost 8081

If it works, you should see something like:

andy at xuma $ telnet www.na-mic.org 8081
Trying 155.52.248.58...
Connected to www.na-mic.org.
Escape character is '^]'.

Ok?
