[Dart] Does DART have display-timezone configuration?

Hi Matt,

This is even more of a problem for ITK, as we work across timezones
all across the globe, from Australia, through India, Europe, and all
across the US. We intentionally didn't address the timezone issues, and
have the Dart server display all times as local server time. Rereading
your post, I think there is a problem. Your reports should be displayed
in the localtimezone of the server machine, but it doesn't appear to be
the case. I don't think there is any ET specific code in Dart, but we
always test in ET, so we might not pick up the bug.

Can you make sure the server's JVM is reporting times in CT? One easy
way is to look at the Dart logs.

Does DART have display-timezone configuration control/setting?

All of our DART reports display as ET, but most of our dev group is in
Chicago (central time). We have several other automated report
mechanisms that report in terms of central time (not to mention we think
and look at clocks all in CT), and it's very confusing for us humans.

I'm debating about whether to change DART (if I can) or change the
timezone on the DART machine (which I'm getting pushback on from my
technical operations folks). First, I want to see if DART is
changeable.

Thanks for any help,
-Matt
