[Dart] Does DART have display-timezone configuration?

Does DART have display-timezone configuration control/setting?

All of our DART reports display as ET, but most of our dev group is in 
Chicago (central time).  We have several other automated report mechanisms 
that report in terms of central time (not to mention we think and look at 
clocks all in CT), and it's very confusing for us humans.

I'm debating about whether to change DART (if I can) or change the timezone 
on the DART machine (which I'm getting pushback on from my technical 
operations folks).  First, I want to see if DART is changeable.
