[Dart] one problem left with Nightly Builds: always 0 cvs updates

Hi Alex,

If you go to the KDE or any other dashboard, you can click on a note 
next to the build name. An example is this:

http://public.kitware.com/KDE/Testing/Sites/dash17.kitware/Linux-Debian-gcc4.1/20060531-0100-Nightly/Notes.html
