[Dart] Custom error strings?

Hi Joey,

In CTest 2.2 and newer you can set PASS_REGULAR_EXPRESSION and 
FAIL_REGULAR_EXPRESSION.

Please run:

cmake --help-command SET_TESTS_PROPERTIES
