[Dart] dart2: response 503 ?

using strace helped. 
It tried to connect to $http_proxy:80, so I unset http_proxy and changed 
SET (DROP_SITE "los-cvs02") 
to 
SET (DROP_SITE "los-cvs02:8081") 
 
now it says "Submission successful" :-) 
 
Some questions still remain: 
 
Is there another way to force it to connect directly ? 
 
How often is the dashboard actually updated ? 
 
Why doesn't the result from "make Nightly" appear ? 
 
Here's some of the output: 
"...In function <-30><-128><-104>iso_recv_handler<-30><-128><-103>..." 
 
Where do the "<-30><-128><-104>" come from ?
