[Dart] Questions about submission methods to a Dart server

We are using a Dart2 server.  I've run into some issues before with test 
name schemes and how those results are displayed in Dart.  If your 
issues are with test result display hierarchy, send your problem to the 
list and I'll say more about it.  In any case, I'll be sending a more 
detailed message about my trials and tribulations with the user 
interface and offering some suggestions on how to improve it.  In the 
meantime, the format we are using for submissions is based off the one 
provided by Eric Meek to this list earlier this month.  You can see his 
XML document example referenced in this post:

Note that he is having issues as well.
