[Dart] dart2 server stability

Alex,

  We're having the same intermittant problem.  The server on www.na-mic.org:8081 seems stable, but others are not.  Jim and I are working to track this down.  It appears to be a resource exhaustion issue and perhaps a concurrency problem.

our dart2 (v 1.0.7) server still hangs from time to time, then only restarting it helps.
It then doesn't show the actual warning/error messages in its views, but some kind of backtrace as you can see below:
