Alex,
A number of "Notes" files can be sent from the client to the dashboard.
Notes can be
associated with a buildstamp, buildname or a site. The client will compile
any Notes.xml files
placed at the buildstamp, buildname or site level of the client's testing
tree and composite them
into a NotesCollection.xml file that is sent ot the server.
CTest has an option to send a note to the server. I don't have ctest in
front of me right now.
But a "ctest --help" should reveal an option to send a note.
