[Dart] Feature request: comment field on

I wonder if it would be useful to allow Dart clients to supply a short comment 
to be displayed on the dashboard.

My immediate motivation is to specify roughly what portion of the project was 
compiled (could vary 10-100% depending on the platform and libraries 
installed). We've been trying to hack this information into the BUILDNAME 
variable but there're issues with this.

Maybe I'm missing something. Is there already an easy way to do this? We're 
using cmake 2.4.2, dart 1.0.
