[Dart] error emails sent 4 times

Hi Alex,

  This is a bug/feature in the current release of Dart.  In the version you are running, each time a portion of a Submission (Build, Test, Update, etc...) hits the server, the email notification code is run.  Jim's put a fix in and we'll be sending this out shortly.  For the moment, there is no work around.  Perhaps the multiple emails will encourage your developers to write better code? 8)

when in one of our projects an error occurs, everybody receives the notification email four times.
Any idea what could be wrong ?
It's Dart2 1.0.7
