[Dart] Trigger a Rollup

If I ssh into the test machine, do an experimental build, submit, I 
usually have to wait 5 minutes before the dashboard rolls up and 
displays the test results.

Is there a remote way of triggering the rollup like there used to be 
with the really oldy vtk dashboard?

Oh yes. Is there a way yet of submitting results to multiple dashboards?
