[Dart] trouble with the dt example

Hi,

Sorry for my english, i'm not english.

I try to setup a Dart server.

I have try the dt example.
But when it comes to the cron part, i've got a
problem, there is not "NightlyDashboardStart" neither
"NightlyDasboardEnd" target for make.
And what is in the "myconfig" script ?

There is also a little problem when the XML are
transformed in HTML when the day format use a no
english caracter like û, it does java exception.
