[Dart] Problem running a submit...

When you run cmake, you tell cmake where to find Dart. This depends on your
platform. For Windows, you are running cmakesetup. For linux/unix, ccmake or
edit the CMakeCache.txt file directly. Once you tell CMake where to find
Dart, other cmake fields may become active.

I don't think so.  How do I do that?  (I didn't see it mentioned on any of
the cmake web pages.)
