<DIV>     I downloaded the latest version of ctk and compiled it with VS2008 on windows XP successfully. Then I tested the examples, such as ctkDICOMIndexer, ctkDICOMViewer. ctkDICOMIndexer works well, but there is something wrong with ctkDICOMViewer.</DIV>
<DIV>    When I import dicom directory of files, it could not create the related dicom files and thumbnails in the database path. Have checked the code, I did not find anything wrong. However, I found the dicom file or thumbnail path is so long that I wondered if the length of the path has exceed max_length of windowsXP.</DIV>
<DIV>for example, this is one of the paths created after I import a dicom directory:</DIV>

<DIV>And when I try to open the directory 1.2.840.113619.2.135.3596.6134758.4614.1168041101.474, there is no response. Then I used cmd to open it, it said: can not find the diectory. So I think the problem should be the path length which exceeds windowsXP's limit.</DIV>
