[Ctk-developers] [mitk-users] Moving BlueBerry Framework from MITK towards CTK making it independant of the massive MITK setup

There is either no variable called "ITKKWSys-targets-build" or if there is,
its value is an empty string. This makes the syntax of the export command
invalid.
I would look around where this variable is supposed to be set.
