[Ctk-developers] Tagging release

Hi Folks,

As discussed in issue #839 <https://github.com/commontk/CTK/issues/839> , a
wiki page along with a tagged release were just created.

A date based version schema was chosen, and when needed, any developer with
push access should be able to tag a release.
