[Ctk-developers] How to confirm interest of people requesting to join the CTKBarCamp on Google Plus

Hi Folks,

On the wiki, you will find a template of a message that could be send
before approving a request to join our Google plus community.

I have been using it for Slicer community for a while and it allowed me to
confirm/discard request.
