[Ctk-developers] Crash in ~OFCondition()

Hi Michael,

We are experiencing an odd crash in CTK (and therefore in Slicer):

pure virtual method called
terminate called without an active exception
Aborted

This is due to the destruction of OFCondition:

To reproduce, simply run ctkDICOM (in Applications/ctkDICOM) in a linux
environment Ubuntu 11.10, gcc 4.6.1. For information, please note that I
can't reproduce the issue on my ubuntu 10.4.

Do you guys have any suggestion ?
