[Ctk-developers] Fwd: CTK Hackfest in Europe: INRIA's proposal

Sorry for the problems with the emails and email list.  I've changed
the setting a bit - hopefully I will at least be able to catch the
rejections.

About the hackfest in INRIA - I think it is a great idea!  The heavy
travel should have ended, so costs should be manageable.
