Yes - somehow the dependencies inside CTK's superbuild are not working - if
I do an edit of something, for example in ctkDICOM and then run make at the
CTK-superbuild level ctkDICOM is not rebuilt.  But if I run make inside
CTK-build it does rebuild.  I'll post something to the ctk-developer list.
