Hi Dean,

Are you building in debug or release?

Test ctkVTKConnectionTest1 should now be fixed . See
http://github.com/commontk/CTK/commit/e5c275e115d85b1d308338f1591135622eaf73a3

Regarding ctkCommandLineParserTest1, would it be possible to run CTest with
-V option and send the output.
