[Ctk-developers] building CTK on windows/mingw32

Hi,

ITK and VTK support mingw32, at least we successfully compile MITK with 
mingw32, together with all its dependencies.

I strongly suggest mingw32 as a supported platform. One huge advantage 
is that you don't run into dll manifest problems when installing mingw 
binaries on a non-developer machine. With VC you may need administrative 
rights to install the redistributables...
