[Ctk-developers] Error compiling CTK with message support ( ZMQ and CMake 2.8 )

Hi Wagner,

You are right.

This is a problem with CMake (2.8). It works with 2.8.1 though.

I will remove comment out "CMAKE_EXPORT_BUILD_SETTINGS" command for 
right now.
