[Ctk-developers] CTK meeting in Oxford - status update

Hi Ron,
I made a few changes to the agenda and added a list of participants and a couple of URL's. The agenda reflects what Charlotte Fenton has setup for us there, I hope everything works out. It looks like we won't have a chance to go back to the hotel before dinner because it's a couple of miles away from the Siemens office. Instead Charlotte and Jerome would like to walk us around Oxford and show us a few landmarks on the way to a Pub, and then go to a restaurant at a walking distance.

Has everyone made plans to get to the Barceló hotel from London/MICCAI yet? Beware of a rail strike planned on Sept. 21-26, I am not sure which trains will be affected and I am thinking about going by bus instead.
Cheers,
    Gianluca

Hi,

I have started a wiki page for our upcoming meeting. I cloned part of the page of the Heidelberg meeting as a startpoint. Please review and edit as appropriate.

Gianluca, would you mind inserting the correct names, URL's and pictures?

Also, logistics?

Anybody wants to take a stab at the agenda

Ron

Meals & drinks are courtesy of Siemens (although we are getting our Compliance Office involved to make sure we have their blessing).
