We recently acquired a new Bruker pre-clinical imaging system. I noticed that ITK appears to have support for the 2dseq format, in this review module: http://www.insight-journal.org/browse/publication/237

However, the Bruker format is not listed among the registered formats when I try to open a file using one of my ITK programs. I build ITK with Module_ITKReview enabled as I use one of the other review modules. Is there another option I have to enable in cmake? Am I missing something else?

If I manage to get it working, what would the process be for separating the Bruker IO out from that review module and making it a standalone module similar to Philips REC?

Thanks,
Toby
