<div dir="ltr"><div>Hi,<br><br>I am running an Affine transform registration in 3D (using this example <a href="http://itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples/Registration/ImageRegistrationMethodAffine">http://itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples/Registration/ImageRegistrationMethodAffine</a>).  I obtain 12 final parameters as : [ a b c d e f g h i j k l] assuming that j, k,l are the translation parameters where are the rotation parameters  and how can I obtain the rotation angle ?<br>my intial parameters are : <br></div>R= [100<br><div>      010<br>     001]<br>and<br>tx=1<br>ty=1<br>tz=1<br>Thank
