I was trying to build the ITK journal paper "ITK-Based Implementation of<br>

2) CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:31 (LOADPACKAGE):<br>
  Unknown CMake command "LOADPACKAGE".<br>
Configuring incomplete, errors occurred!<br>
