<div dir="ltr"><div>hi everyone..<br>I have a data brain tumor from MRI and I want to calculate the are of brain tumor.<br></div><div>so
 when a data MRI we are input to itk, we are waiting result of calculate
 the are brain tumor without using visualization or without seeing how 
about the process. so I just need source code to know about pixel of 
image. from pixel value I will calculate the are of brain tumor.  <br></div><div>but I have a trouble How I can separate brain tumor and skull.<br></div>so far I did segmentation.</div>
