I’m having some trouble with ShapeDetectionLevelSetImageFilter—I can’t seem to get it to produce results that are anything other than a sphere of -0.797 values in the center of an imaged filled with +0.797 values. It always stops after the first iteration,
no matter how many iterations I set as the maximum number of iterations or maximum RMS error. Proportion/Curvature scaling don’t seem to matter to the shape, either (I tried both positive and negative values across several orders of magnitude).<br class="">

I provide a seed value in the center of the image with a a value anywhere from -200 to 200 and I get (qualitatively) the same result. As far as I can tell, the feature image doesn’t matter at all to the output, also strikes me as odd.<br class="">

It’s the same if I try a GeodesicActiveContourLevelSetImageFilter, which gives me the hunch that it might be something I’m doing with my FastMarching setup, but I’m very stumped.<br class="">
