<div>The itk::StatisticsImageFilter does what I need except for the fact, that I want the statistic made only for voxels bigger than 0. Structure voxels (bigger than 0) should be taken into account but the background voxels (=0) should be ignored. Is this possible with this filter? If not I guess I could just adapt this filter and add at the right positions a if>0?</div>
