I searched with Google but found little instruction or documentation available for how to compile. May I ask whether there is any manual for how to compile ITK with GPU ON and how to setup OpenCL directories? I have been feeling so frustrated with ITK GPU. If you can share your knowledge about ITK GPU, I would appreciate it very much.
