</span>Then go back and build ITK. While you configure ITK4 make sure you<br>
enable the itkvtkglue module. You do not get this by default or in a<br>
binary download. This also requires that you have or build VTK. if<br>
this is on windows I highly recommend that you build all of these from<br>
source.<br>
