<div dir="ltr">Hi there,<div><br></div><div>Just a conceptual question about the Resample Image Filter example, located here - <a href="http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples/ImageProcessing/ResampleImageFilter" target="_blank">http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples/ImageProcessing/ResampleImageFilter</a></div>
<div><br></div><div><br></div><div>I see that the example creates a 100x100 image, and then resamples it to be 200x200. However, I don't quite understand the purpose of the identity transform used for the transform type. Why is the identity transform used here? Wouldn't the same result be obtained without an transform?</div>
