<div dir="ltr">I have a 3D Affine transform and a 2D displacement field of a slice.  I would like to compose them.  Is it valid to  use the composite transform and simply load the 2D displacement field as a 3D image,<div><br>
</div><div style>Where does the affine transform obtain it's directional information from?</div><div style><br></div><div style>Or would I have to past the 2D displacement field into it's original 3D position then apply the transform and compress this back to a 2D displacement field?</div>
